Refund, Retainer, & Billing Policy

1. Retainer
A retainer is required prior to commencing services. Funds are held in trust and applied to final invoicing.
2. Billing

All services are billed in accordance with the current fee schedule at the end of each month. Payment is due upon receipt.
3. Refund
Because our work involves professional time and expert analysis, fees are non-refundable once services commence. Any unused retainer funds will be returned upon completion or termination of services.
